Quality control The following quality control measures are in place:

• Constant supervision, feedback, retraining and quality checks by experienced supervisors in the field.
• 10%-20% back-checks on completed questionnaires in the field to ensure that interviews are conducted according to the correct procedures .
• Checking all questionnaires once again at our head office to identify any further problems for immediate rectification in the field.
• Back-checking ± 10% of all questionnaires from head office.
